I started ThriveWell Care because I got tired of watching good support fall apart over small things. A worker who never showed. A plan nobody explained. A different face every week. Before Melbourne I worked directly with participants in Canberra, and one thing stuck with me: people don’t ask for much. They want to know who’s coming, when, and that the person actually listens. So that’s what I built, and it’s small on purpose. When you call, you get me. When we agree on a plan, I’m the one who sees it through. I’d rather support a handful of people properly than spread myself thin across a roster I can’t keep track of.
